Cookie policy

In short: this site does not use cookies. There are no first-party or third-party cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no social media cookies. That is why you will not see a consent banner.
1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file that a website stores on your device to recognise it on later visits. The law requires consent before installing cookies that are not strictly necessary.
2. The only thing this site stores in your browser
When you pick a language from the menu, the site saves that choice in your browser's local storage, which is a different mechanism from cookies and is never sent to the server:

This storage is exempt from consent under article 22.2 of the LSSI, because it reflects a preference you explicitly asked for and is necessary to provide it. It does not identify you and does not track your activity.
3. The notice bar
On your first visit a bar appears at the bottom telling you this and letting you choose. It is not a mandatory consent request, because there are no cookies to consent to, but we prefer to ask:
- Accept: the language you choose is saved, so we do not ask again.
- Reject: nothing is stored in your browser. The site works the same, and any saved language is deleted there and then. Each visit starts in the language of the address you open.
Your choice is stored as a single value, unexa.consentimiento, so the question is not repeated on every page. If you reject, that value only lasts while the tab is open.
4. How to delete it
You can remove it at any time from your browser settings, under site data or privacy, by clearing the data stored for unexalabs.com. It is also removed if you browse privately and close the window.
5. Third-party services
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. That service does not install cookies, but it does mean your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. Details are in the privacy policy.
6. Changes
If any cookie were added in the future, this page would be updated and your prior consent would be requested through a notice, with the option to refuse.
